Spence Cebu | From Brunch Tales to Cocktails

People say ‘On Sundays We Brunch’ but you can now enjoy having brunch any day of the week at Spence Cebu!

S P E N C E is a transformative restaurant, carrying two dining concepts: a cafe & comfort food restaurant by day and a cocktails & spirits watering hole by night; tucked in the heart of Cebu Business Park. If you haven’t heard of this place, well because it is fairly new and will open it’s doors in June 2019, that’s a few weeks from now! Last Saturday we got a chance to be invited over to try out their selections of brunch meals, pastries, coffee and sweets, and some fine wines and unique concoctions that surely did not disappoint!

For me, what I really consider when I want to frequent a cafe is how homey the ambiance is and that is exactly what I first noticed when I entered the place and sat down on my chair. I also like that during the day time, natural light are coming into the cafe making the space more bright and fresh looking.

And the food?? Don’t even get me started on the food selection! I had their Agave Srirarcha Chicken and oh boy was the serving so huge! I was hungry going in and when I thought I could easily finish the plate but guess what? I was literally full after finishing it! I also couldn’t stop eating because it was that good!

Aside from their main brunch meals, they also serve more selection of food and pica pica as you will see in the next photos below.

They also serve coffee such as Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino. Other drink such as Salted Caramel, Backyard Matcha and Iced Hot Choco are also available.

It wouldn’t be a brunch place without cocktails, amiright? Like what they say, brunch without cocktails is just a sad and boring breakfast! You may order cocktails as early as 8am until 12mn.

Spence Cafe & Kitchen is located at the Ground Floor, Retail 6, Solinea Tower 2, Cebu Business Park. Just a few walk from Ayala Rustans before reaching Pioneer building. They will be open as early as 8:00 AM until 12:00 MN.
