Day Tour Packages

It would be perfect to book an overnight stay here so you can maximize your time relaxing and enjoying the beach; but for you guys that just want to spend a day at the resort, Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu gives you options to book any of the two Day Tour Packages, which gives you access to the hotel’s white sand beach and swimming pool from 8.00 am until 8.00 pm. Aside from the use of leisure facilities (including the Gym, Little Birds Club and Game Room), a premium privilege extended to guests on Day Tour is a complimentary breakfast or lunch buffet at The Sails restaurant or a 15-course Balearic dinner at Ibiza Beach Club. Garden Cabana Package

Another way to enjoy your day here is by booking a Garden Cabana. There are about 4 Cabanas available, 2 of which that have its own bathroom (mirror, shower and toilet) and Jacuzzi! This dedicated area is great for groups and couples who are looking for comfort, relaxation and a secluded space where they can rest in complete privacy. Each package gives two persons four hours of exclusive rental of one Cabana, plus access to the hotel’s swimming pool and beach. In the evening, the Cabanas are offered as venue for private dinners, especially for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway experience.

Exclusive Use – (4) four hours exclusive use of Cabana, good for two (2) persons, between 9am-6pm. Rates for hourly extension is also available.
Rental package also comes with a beach kit with cold towel, beach towel, toilet and bath amenities, and a pack of sweet treats.

What I Wore

I wanted to wear a shorts on the way there but I thought that I’d wear something bright and fun especially for a backdrop as beautiful as Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu, such as this yellow dress that I thrifted a week prior to this visit. I eventually changed twice throughout the day but this was my ‘resort wear’ for that day. Love how it was easy to put on and off especially when you’re about to decide to dip into the beach or pool because you can literally wear your bikini underneath and you’re good to go! Finished the look by adding some fun sandals from Forever 21, statement earring and a macrame bag from Cara Cebu.

The fun at Ibiza Beach Club begins with Happy Hour at sundown. Get into the tropical vibe with a glass of beer, juice or cocktail, offered at Buy-One-Get-One-Free from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. The Ibiza Sour and frosé are two of its many popular drinks, inspired by the tropical vibe. Enjoy your drink while you take a dip in the Jacuzzi or lie on the net pods amidst party beats. Make sure to capture and share your golden moments, with a drink in your hand and your fabulous tan, and the stunning architecture and picturesque view of the ocean as your background.

New Premium Gin & Tonic Collection at Ibiza Beach Club

In addition to the Happy Hour offer, Ibiza Beach Club recently introduced the Premium Gin and Tonic Collection, with 6 featured drinks namely, Four Pillars Rare Dry, Gin Sul, Martin Miller’s Original Gin, Brockmans, Portobello Gin no. 171, and William Chase. All these are at buy one, get one exclusively on Sundays, from 4.00 pm to 6.00pm.

Ibiza Beach Club’s Cocktail in a box

Next to wines, spirits, cocktails, and beers, the “Cocktail in the Box” is a drink option you can take, if you’re visiting with a group of friends. This boxed special comes complete with curated cocktail ingredients, a full bottle of spirits and mixers for you to craft your own drink. While the set includes a recipe guide on traditional cocktails, guests are free to get creative and be their own mixologist. I got to try and mix one for myself and I felt like a legit barista at it esp that my drink tasted great!

15 Course Balearic-Inspired Grill

I can still remember my first time having this and I thought to myself, “Wow! This is so cool everyone should be able to try this experience”. Im talking about Ibiza Beach Club’s Balearic-inspired, signature 15-course – a hearty feast of all-you-can-eat barbecue offering nine types of meat and four kinds of seafood. The meat includes Filet Mignon, Angus Rib-Eye Steak, Baby Back Ribs, Ostrich Meat, New Zealand Lamb, buttery Rock Lobsters or Salmon, Tiger Prawns, Cuttlefish, Chicken, Crispy Pork Belly and Beef Short Ribs, to name a few. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

This already comes with the Day tour package. just make sure you choose to have this for dinner instead of the lunch at the sails restaurant.

Ibiza Beach Club also is widely known for its nightly themed shows featuring Cebu’s own talents, performing to different beats and rhythms — indulging its audience with a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience. These shows make a good company to your dinner experience, with live performances that’ll make you feel like cruising and grooving with every beat and bite.
