Having Brunch at Abaca Baking Company

Remember when Abaca Baking Company only has one store at Crossroads Banilad? Well now they have 9 branches in Cebu City in just a span of 3 years! That is insane! That only means one thing – people are absolutely in love with what they offer and they wanted ABC to keep on expanding so it can be more accessible to them and can have their freshly baked pasties daily within reach.

In case you do not already know (but I bet you do), Abaca Baking Company (also known as ABC) has been consistently delighting palates with their handricraft, artisanal pastries since the year 2015. They are known for their finest croissants, baked goods, tasteful coffee blends and all-day breakfast delights.

Just recently, they opened their ninth branch at the ground floor Veranda of Robinsons Galleria Cebu and luckily I got the chance to visit during the first few days after it opened.

These pastries are freshly made in-house every morning with 100% unbleached flour , which assures flavorful goodness in every bite! Best paired with their specialty coffee.

Aside from freshly baked pastries and decadent desserts, ABC is also known for its day-long, all-time breakfast and brunch favorites such as pancakes, hand rolled bagels, and their signature bakery benedict, along with a selection of other savory delights. Their selection of pressed sanwiches are standouts on the menu as well.

Their famous fried chicken smothered in country gravy with a side of maple and served on your choice of buttermilk waffle or buttery bisquits.

ABC Skillet Breakfast – P550
two fried eggs, crisp bacon, country sausages, pork n beans, roasted tomatoes, home fries and thick cut toast.

French Fries – P180

I know what you think by now and don’t get me wrong I myself feel that these prices may be a little too over my budget too but I swear it would be worth the try! Servings are huge too. When dining by groups, it is best to share (unless you want the whole order for yourself then go ahead! haha). You can also try their baked goods for more or less than P100.
