A Look Inside AyalaMalls Central Bloc at Cebu IT Park

GUYS!! You have no idea how excited I am to finally have a mall that’s so close to my work!  Literally just 3 minutes away from our office! And also (high key) thankful that I am one of the few people to have a first look on what’s inside the new AyalaMalls Central Bloc here at the heart of Cebu IT Park!

But before I show you a look inside the mall, lemme share to you some facts about this new mall in town.

2019-12-04 02.33.10 1

Ayala Malls Central Bloc is a large shopping mall currently under construction in Cebu IT Park being developed by Cebu Holdings Incorporated. Located in the heart of Cebu’s premier IT district, this newest development by Ayala Malls is the 2nd regional mall in Cebu, Philippines and its fifth regional mall in Visayas and Mindanao. It will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 45,000 square meters.

It will have five levels of retail development with over 200 retail spaces for dining, shopping, wellness, and entertainment. Not just that but expect to have four digital cinemas, an indoor activity center, a fashion gallery, food choices, a basement supermarket, and a three-level basement parking!

Another thing I’m excited about this mall is that it operates from 11AM to 11PM from Mondays to Saturdays (and until 9PM on Sunday). As someone who works at IT Park (and who used to work on mid shift), you can just imagine how helpful this is for people working nearby especially for those working on mid and graveyard shifts. Finally a mall to accommodate their needs on a later hour.

Okay now you know all the facts, let’s go for some virtual tour inside the mall. Yesterday I had the privilege to be invited for a media preview of the whole space and the good marketing people from AyalaMalls Central Bloc was kind enough to tour us around.

We went inside the entrance right across the Skyrise building, and upon entering the ground floor, the first thing I saw was Penshoppe and Bench on each corner and not to mention, both of their space are huge!! You have to visit there to be able to tell yourself that I’m not lying! haha

On the ground floor, So far I saw:

Leona’s Bakeshop, Regatta, Penshoppe, Bench, Havaianas, Yves Rocher, Levi’s, TreatStreet Cafe, Burger Joint, Starbucks, Huawei

Cinema 1 specifically has reclining chairs. We got to try it ourselves and it’s by far the the best cinema experience I’ve tried in Cebu! I heard it’s 350 per person if I’m not mistaken.
10/10 would recommend!!
