It sure was a super busy week for me and to be able to relax and spend the end of the week at Radisson Blu Cebu was just everything I needed.

I just moved back into my hometown Cebu after being away for a good four months living  in the capital and I was so exhausted and so stressed weeks prior the going-home situation that when Radisson Blu sent me their staycation invite, I just couldn’t say no.

The main reason for their invite is for us to experience their new and improved Business Class rooms and share it to you guys. To be honest, I haven’t really gotten the chance to stay at their rooms in the past until that night. Since it was my first time, luckily they also offered a quick tour on their on-going renovations and showed us what the old rooms looked like. This way we can really appreciate the change and improvement of the new rooms. I also shared the amenities that I myself was able to enjoy during my stay.

Old Business Class Room

The moment you enter the old rooms, first thing you would notice is how dull and boring it is, especially when it comes to the room lighting. The tiles when you enter is in black marble, as well as the bathroom. You can also really tell that the carpet is kinda old fashion as you can see in the photo below.

Business Class Rooms

Corporate travelers love their exclusive Business Class Rooms. Each of these 41 rooms includes memory foam mattresses for a refreshing night’s sleep. Other standard amenities include a 37-inch LCD satellite television, an in-room safe, a walk-in shower, a minibar, bathrobes and slippers, an iPod^® dock entertainment system, and a coffee- and tea-maker.

As you can see in the photos below, the new and improved Business Class Rooms now has a new look that’s so fresh and very much more inviting than the old rooms. The space also is much more brighter and the carpet has a new look as well!

New Business Class Deluxe Suite

You can even do your check in and out here the Business Class Lounge! How convenient!

Offering panoramic views of Mactan Harbor, the lounge features an LCD TV, a mini library, a boardroom, a meeting room and free high-speed, wireless Internet.

Deluxe Room Tour

Perfect for busy travelers, the 14 spacious Deluxe Rooms offer lots of room to stretch out. At the end of the day, recharge in the walk-in shower, enjoy a refreshing drink from the minibar, and then snuggle up in a cozy bathrobe and slippers while enjoying one of the two free bottles of water or a cup of tea from the coffee- and tea-maker. My parents visited us late at night before they head home and good thing I was able to order food with the push of a button. Now I just have to wait for my food and enjoy them in the comfort of my own room. Their in-room dining runs around the clock and offers a variety of light meals, local and international dishes, and beverages. You can order their Signature Breakfast anytime. Just let them know if you have special dietary requirements, and they’ll be happy to accommodate.

Outdoor Pool

The next day, me and my sister were able to enjoy our time at the outdoor pool area. Open daily, the outdoor free-form swimming pool lies on the ground level. This refreshing pool spans 800 square meters, and registered lifeguards stand on duty during operating hours.
