Aztec Skirt

Finally I’m back from a long weekend trip up north! I was planning to publish at least one blog post before I left but the lazy Kat realized that there wasn’t enough time because I got work and I almost forgot I have an event to attend the night before and I still haven’t packed my stuff yet for the trip! Whew! Talk about panic packing!

Anyway now that I’m back, lemme share to you what I wore during the opening ceremony of SM Seaside City Cebu. As you guys know, SM Seaside City Cebu finally opened its doors last November 27, 2015 and I got the privilege to be invited on the exclusive opening/blessing ceremony a day before. With that I took the opportunity to shoot my OOTD inside as we, my fellow bloggers had the place to ourselves!

I really had my “tiis ganda” moment with this outfit! Since the mall is still not quite finished from the outside, I thought it would be hot in some parts of the mall but I was soooo wrong! The AC was on full blast and i really didn’t expect it would be so cold inside! I would have taken the chance to do layers in my outfit! sigh.

I wore 2 of my recent purchase in this outfit. First is this boho inspired skirt I got at Forever 21. I really fell in love with the print of the skirt and I never had anything like it yet so getting it was not that hard. My mom even liked it! Second is this studded sandals which came in the mail just in time for this event! Good thing I decided to wear flats because walking through Sm Seaside was endless!! I suggest you wear comfy shoes to get you through the day! 😉
