World’s Recipe on Mondays and Wednesdays
Jumpstart the week with a variety of well-loved recipes from around the world. World’s Recipe is an international spread featuring mouthwatering carvings such as roast beef, deviled roast chicken, and baby back ribs. World’s Recipes is on Mondays and Wednesdays
Asian Classics on Tuesday
Tuesdays are for Asian cuisine aficionados. Asian Classics on Tuesdays presents the region’s finest dishes, highlighted mainly with Japanese and Korean cuisines. On top of famous staples such as sushi and samgyeopsal, the theme night also feature unique finds like Japanese curry and desserts including matcha pistachio entremet, and wasabi cheesecake
Luzviminda on Thursdays and Sundays
The week wouldn’t be complete without a Filipino dedicated theme buffet. On Thursday and Sundays, guests are up for a culinary adventure across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao in the Luzviminda theme. The Filipino feast features mains such as sinaing na tulingan and espasol from Luzon; lechon roll and pinasugbo from Visayas; and grilled chicken palapa and durian pastillas from Mindanao. Traditional appetizers like itlog na maalat and kinilaw na puso ng saging star in the spread as well.
Hawaiian Luau on Saturdays
Saturdays are all about tropical tastes and island vibes with Hawaiian Luau. The theme night presents Hawaii’s famous grilled huli-huli chicken and pineapple fritters and puffs for dessert. The cuisine of Hawaii is famed for its distinctive food style that reflects the history of the islands.
Seafood Celebration on Fridays
TGIF gets a new meaning with Seafood Celebration on Fridays. The sea’s fresh bounty takes centerstage in the sushi and sashimi station, crabs and mixed seafood on ice, and dishes including seafood paella, stuffed black grouper, barbecue squid salad, and shrimp and noodles summer roll. Luscious desserts like brownie s’mores, lime pie, and chocolate rum cake complete the celebration.
I personally got to try Seafood Celebration last Friday and it sure did not disappoint! My fave was the mixed seafood on iced but I had them sautéed on garlic butter and omg was it so gooood! I highly recommend you have this when you plan to visit on Fridays. Aside from that, these are the other available dishes on Seafood Celebration:

Enjoy their buffet daily at P980 net per person, except on Fridays which is at P1,200 net per person. Dinner buffet is open from 6PM to 10PM daily.
