#KatExploresTaiwan 2014 :
This is probably tops all my 2014 experience! Being able to explore another country again and live in the city of Taipei for 2 months! Had the chance to visit some popular tourist spots in the country like Taipei 101 ( world’s tallest building from 2004 to 2010 until the Burj Khalifa in Dubai), National Palace Museum (which has a permanent collection of more than 696,000 pieces of ancient Chinese imperial artifacts and artworks, making it one of the largest in the world. Saw artworks, namely The Jadeite Cabbage, The Meat-shaped Stone, and that amazing Ivory ball before my very eyes and it was amazing!), Taipei Zoo (my 1st to see a panda!!), Theme park at Lihpao Land, Juifen Taiwan (which I blogged about here), Maokong Gondola (adding my cable car ride experience) and of course late night shopping in a few night markets around the city, like the popular ones like Shilin night Market and at Ximending. I’ve learned so much from this trip and I believe that experience is the best teacher!
Woke up to this bouquet on my birthday at Taiwan 🙂 Had dinner at Din Tai Fung, one of the popular Dimsum Restaurants in Asia.
June 2014 :

These are just a few of my monthly highlights all through out this year. I couldn’t be more thankful for the big Man above for all the blessings he have given me all through out the year. I got bit nostalgic while compiling these photos from previous months and I never though 2014 would be a great year for me! I’m praying that the new year will be more than exciting and I can’t wait what 2015 has in store for me! Probably landing a great job? hihi I’m still hoping for the best to come.
