Blue Jeans On

It’s finally April and guess what? It’s my birthday month! Time really does flies so fast and I can’t believe it has been a year since I last celebrated my birthday at Taiwan (which i blogged here, here and here) and 2 months more til my blog’s 1st anniversary! YEY!

For today’s outfit I’m sharing to you my current fave distressed jeans and believe it or not, I got these for only 50 pesos (1.13USD)! Also scored this basic B&W stripes top from Zara for only 50 pesos too! A total of 100 pesos outfit and there’s more from where these came from. LOL I always believe that you really dont have to sacrifice your wallet on buying expensive clothes for you to look good, but it’s always about how you style it and how confident you are wearing it and of course, a smile on your face because a smile always make everything better 🙂 Continue reading “Blue Jeans On” →

The Dress

Another outfit post coming your way! yey! I really have a few backlogs piling up so now I’m starting to catch up one by one. This outfit is from last month when my parents are in town for a visit. I dressed it up a little that day because 1st, it was sunday family day and I consider it a perfect day for #ootds, don’t you agree? and 2nd, because it is not everyday I get to dress up considering that I commute mostly to wherever I am heading. Shades of Grey

I don’t know if it’s what i’m wearing that makes me love these set of photos; or was it just because of these grey walls behind me or how lovely that day was. Either way, I found it a perfect backdrop for my outfit that day. I mean just look at it, it’s just so neat, so minimalist that I directly grabbed my loverboy (a.k.a personal photographer lol) and ask him if he could take a few shots of me here and of course without hesitation, he said yes! 🙂

Green Fashion Revolution 2014

A few weeks back, I was happy to be able to attend the Green Fashion Revolution event last October 18, 2014 (which is also the day of my graduation #bumibusy LOL) held at the SM City Cebu Trade Halls 2 & 3. My family was kind enough to agree on postponing our family dinner for me to attend this event. So from my graduation ceremony in the morning til noon, had a quick change at home then went straight to the pre-event at 3pm! whew!

Green Fashion Revolution is an event that celebrates sustainable fashion and creativity of the Cebuano youth hosted by Aboitiz Foundation Inc.. The aim of the event is to promote the 3R’s namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle — through an inter-collegiate fashion show that will showcase the artistic use of recycled materials to form eco-friendly fashion.
