Long time no outfit post! Well here’s one from a few weeks back when summer officially ended and rain started to pour on the daily. 

I’m trying to stop myself from wearing all my summer-y outfits like my camisoles and shorts because like i said, rainy season is here. Though our country, Philippines is a tropical country and it can be summer all year long but you can’t really expect the weather at this time of the year. It might go sunny when you wake up in the morning (like when these photos were taken) but it will start to get gloomy past noon and next thing you know the rain pours so hard it will then start to flood in some areas. So now’s the perfect time to flaunt them pants and jackets and do layers!

In this outfit you can see that I didn’t do layering due to the bipolar weather but I did wear pants! Balanced it out with a sleeveless denim button down to escape the humidity that this weather brings. Top it all with my abused black hat! I can also imagine this look with a black leather jacket.

Speaking of pants, lately I just found myself going for loose fitting pants and honestly I’m not comfortable with all my skinny jeans already. Maybe because all the ice creams and cakes that I ate are now stuck somewhere in between my thighs LOL. Seriously though, assuming my metabolism is now slow so I’m trying my best to do a few short exercises but still, i just can’t seem to accept the fact that I gained a few pounds over a year because I’m used to seeing and maintaning a 49/50kg on the weighing scale for as long as i can remember. Well on the bright side, I think its time to upgrade my jeans/pants department on my wardrobe! Another excuse to go shopping! LOL
